My name is Joe Fiore, and I began my construction career at just 16 years old, working weekends and summers in Brooklyn on commercial roofing projects with my best friend’s dad. After graduating high school, I joined Local 608 of the Carpenters Union as an apprentice while attending the New York City District Council of Carpenters School.

I spent nearly eight years in the union, gaining hands-on experience on major commercial projects, including the Ritz-Carlton in Battery Park, where I was working when the tragic events of 9/11 took place. As work in the city slowed in the months that followed, I transitioned into residential construction and relocated to Long Island, where I have since spent decades building and improving homes, as well as select commercial spaces.

Now, after nearly 35 years in the industry, I am relocating my family to North Carolina to continue doing what I enjoy most—enhancing homes through detailed, high-quality work.

While my experience includes everything from small renovations to new home construction, today I focus on the projects that bring the most value and satisfaction to homeowners:
